This Privacy Policy explains how ARSIL GAMES SAS ("Arsil Games" or "We") collects, uses, and shares your personal information while you play our video games ("Games") and/or visit ("Website").

1. What kind of personal information does Arsil Games collects?

Arsil Games collects NO personal information at all, nor from the games, neither from the website. To be clear, we DON'T collect any of the followings: personally identifiable information, financial or payment information, authentication information, phonebook or contact data, microphone or camera sensor data, or sensitive device data.


2. Do third parties have access to my personal information?

To support our existing games while developing new ones, we show ads in our games with the help of third-party advertising partners ("Ad Partners"). We integrate ad partners' technologies into our games which are then used by the ad partners to determine what kind of ads to display to you. Because of this ad partners may have access to your personal information.

Since we don't have direct control over how the ad partners use your personal information we aren't responsible for the ad partners misuse of your personal information.


3. How do I unsubscribe from newsletters?

If you wish to stop receiving newsletters you can click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email that you received. Please allow up to 24 hours before changes become effective. Please note that if you're subscribed to more than one newsletter, you'll have to unsubscribe from each newsletter individually.

Since we collect NO personal information at all you'll have to contact the ad partners to ask about the personal information that they have collected from you and to request them to access, update or delete it.
